Sharjah24: The “Al-Fatameen (Weanling)” race competitions, which took place at Al Dhaid Camel Racing Track, were successfully concluded under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. The event was organised by the Sharjah Camel Racing Club and spanned over seven months.
The races featured 20 rounds of the “Fatameen (Weanling)” category, where camels owned by tribes from the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries participated every Sunday morning, covering a distance of 1500 meters.
